Domenico is a great agent, especially for first-time home buyers. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would, but Realtor.com limits it to only 5 stars. That’s how awesome he is.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and house structures, and always gave his honest opinion. He also has a great network which helped with getting a real estate attorney and inspector a breeze. It took a while to find the right home, but Domenico was always willing to go the extra mile (even literally as we looked at houses all over MA). He showed a lot of care and did a lot of teaching about what to look for in a house and what could be problematic. He’s also super attentive and remembers things like the kind of “charm” we were looking for, and always communicated really well. Even after looking at 10+ houses, he would still point out things that he found concerning. There was even one house that we saw but he advised us not to buy because it was in such bad shape!

He clearly puts the buyer’s interest and concerns above everything else and wants them to get the best deal. Even after closing, he checked in to make sure everything was fine. We told him when we were going to set up the internet and he even checked in on that to make sure it went smoothly because he knew it was a point of stress for us. He really gave us the “we’re his only client” experience and we truly can’t thank Domenico enough for all of his helpfulness, patience, and for making everything seem so easy.

We truly lucked out with him as an agent and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent. If you’re in the market to buy a home, whether it’s your first-time or not, we would highly recommend Domenico.
